Someday I aspire to be able to knit things that well. The are so beautiful. And the color is scrumptious. My workplace is so cold that I need a pair of those gloves…no joke! I have a heating pad that I lay over my lap to stay warm. However, my knitting skills have not progressed to something that complicated. One of my resolutions for 2009 is: Learn to knit something besides a scarf. My boyfriend got a huge kick out of that one. It’s good to have aspirations I said.

so very pretty, sara. i wanted to tell you, the other day (maybe saturday i think) i was in knit purl with my mother in law. i thought you might still work there so i asked about your where abouts and the ladies told me you had left a few minutes earlier. shucks, would have loved to say hello in person. maybe next time we are up. happy new year!
